We ship worldwide, for free, and keep you updated every step of the way. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about handling times, delivery windows, tracking, and what to do if your order is delayed.

Free Worldwide Shipping

  • Shipping is free on all orders to all destinations we serve.
  • Free shipping applies to our standard shipping method. If we introduce expedited options in the future, they may carry an additional cost.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If your order requires additional verification or includes pre-order items, we’ll notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 22–30 days, depending on your location and your local carrier’s timelines.
  • Remote areas, customs inspections, severe weather, or peak-season volumes may extend delivery times.
  • All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s progress.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. An incomplete or incorrect address can cause delays or returns.
  • Need to update your address or cancel before dispatch? Contact us immediately at evryjewelssales@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, changes aren’t possible.

If Your Order Is Delayed or Missing

  • If you don’t receive your order within the 22–30 day delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Steps we may ask you to take: verify the shipping address, check with neighbors/building management, and contact your local carrier office with your tracking ID.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, multiple delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship it once we confirm details with you. In some cases, additional transit time may apply.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we’ll process it once the package is received back at our facility, minus any non-recoverable costs (if applicable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping is free, but international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges (if any) are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs processing can extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each shipment.
  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

Delivery Attempts & Signatures

  • Most packages do not require a signature, but local carriers may require one depending on your location and order value.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, please follow the carrier’s instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a pickup point.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer. We’ll communicate any notable delays on our website or via email where possible.
