Return Window
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

- Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.
- ⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at evryjewelssales@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty and hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
- The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
To qualify: - Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Unless the item is defective, you may be responsible for return shipping as permitted by law
- We will refund the product price and the cost of the standard (least expensive) shipping option offered at checkout
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
