Return Window

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at evryjewelssales@gmail.com or reach out via live chat during business hours.
  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • ⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at evryjewelssales@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty and hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
    To qualify:
  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Unless the item is defective, you may be responsible for return shipping as permitted by law
  • We will refund the product price and the cost of the standard (least expensive) shipping option offered at checkout

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
